Practicalities.

Your stay includes luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, each guest will have the use of a robe, hand towel, bath sheet & leisure towel

Arrival is 4pm and departure is 10am

You’ll be contacted and invited to check in if the property is ready any earlier than the stated arrival time.

Private parking is situated below the property in a secure garage with an electric wrap around door. 2.7m Wide / 5.7m Long / 2.3m height

The garage also has the benefit of an electric vehicle charging point.

A damage deposit of £150 will be pre-authorised prior to arrival.

We love animals but the owner has chosen to make this home pet-free. Thank you for your understanding.

This historic building has been lovingly and thoughtfully transformed to offer a beautiful retreat boasting tastefully designed interiors and many original features.

    Fantastic property. Location was amazing & the whole apartment was extremely luxurious. Having a garage in the centre of Padstow is an amazing luxury. We felt spoilt from the moment we arrived. We will definitely go back..one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

It is like staying in a beautiful 5 star hotel but with the privacy. The secure parking which is a rare find in the centre of Padstow is also fantastic.     The location is about as close the harbour as you can get, without being in a boat! It is perfect, not right on the front, but less than a 200 yard walk to the front. Even first impressions were excellent, the exterior is clean, well kept and makes you excited about what is to come! The apartment itself was just amazing! Clean, perfectly presented and beyond anything we had expected. Thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome, the three nights were just not long enough. We are already looking at booking again.

Brilliantly equipped for self catering , thoughtfully laid out, tasteful and interesting decor, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed and all in a central, but quiet, location in Padstow. The staff could not be more helpful. PLUS it's own garage (rarer than hens teeth in Padstow)!!

Spoke to Jenni prior to arrival who was very helpful in rectifying some arrival instructions that my email provider had decided not to send to me! We even got an earlier check in which was wonderful!
