Your stay includes luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, each guest will have the use of a hand towel and bath sheet (changed weekly)

Family retreat

Arrival is 4pm and departure is 10am.

You’ll be contacted and invited to check in if the property is ready any earlier than the stated arrival time.

Private parking for one vehicle, on street parking also available.

A damage deposit of £150 will be pre-authorised prior to arrival.

The cost of utilities is inclusive in your stay.

Breakers welcomes two well behaved dogs at additional cost of £35 per dog per stay/week. *Dog welcome bag included
